We had Global Alarm install a system in our home we Air BNB from time to time. It works great! Easy to change the user codes notification of issues. Great to work with!

Twenty three years ago I built a new home. The builder had a contract with ADT to install an alarm system. ADT installed the wiring and a control unit but then closed their offices here and left town. I called Global Alarm and told them I was in a bind. They said, no problem, we will be out tomorrow. They have handled everything that has ever happened for all this time. They are the best and fun to work with as well. I highly recommend them to take care of your security needs!

We have used Global Alarms for many years. The operators are quick to respond to alarms. The techs have always come out quickly to make any upgrades or repairs and are always courteous.

In a world controlled by large corporations it is refreshing to work with a family owned business that provides that personal and customized approach in servicing their customers, but yet has the size and professionalism to handle customers with locations spread across multiple states. We have used Global Alarm not only for our primary business (commercial insurance agency), but also other business ventures, as well as my home, my parent’s home, and many of our employee’s homes. If you have ever tried to contact another service provider (gas, electric, cable…) and you get lost in a myriad of voice commands in their effort to keep you from talking to another human, then you know the value of a business such as Global Alarm where a representative answers the phone, truly listens, cares and will take care of your problem. I cannot provide a high enough recommendation for Global Alarm. We have had an outstanding experience with them for many years and look forward to working with them as we grow and expand in the future.

“This is not the ordinary security post. For those of you that have four-legged furry children at home this is something to think about. I received a call from Global this afternoon telling me that there was a power outage at my house and it had gone out 3 minutes ago. On a day like this it does not take long for a home to get very hot without a/c or windows open. I was about 20 minutes away and was not ready to head home yet but thanks to Global, I dropped what I was doing and headed home to take care of my 4 legged furry child. She was happy to see me and very glad to sit in the truck with a/c running while waiting on the power to come back on. Not only do they offer this service, but I also have a temperature alarm that enables them to notify me if the a/c or heat is not working but the power is still on. If the temp gets below preset mark or above preset mark then they notify us. Thank you Global for taking care of us in more ways than one.”
