Can you monitor or service my existing system?

Yes! We can monitor and service all brands.

What forms of payment does Global accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express, both debit and credit cards. We also offer automatic payment methods. Can I get more Global signs or stickers for my home or business?

Signs and stickers often fade with time, or get damaged. We will happily drop by and replace your sign or stickers for you, no charge.

How often should I test my alarm system?

Your system should be tested at least once per month, to assure all door and window contacts are properly working, and that your phone line is still connected to the alarm system, to allow signals to get through to us. To test your system, simply give us a call, and we can put your account on test, so you can set your alarm off without us dispatching the police.
